My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, perfect for my husband, children, and me. The staff was super friendly, and Kristen was AMAZING. However, it was a bit crowded with no available seating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, modern, and well-appointed.

The hotel is in a great location to get around the city and in the heart of Wine Country. It was clean, fully functional, extra clean, and very nice. The hotel is well-placed next to similar accommodations in the area and compared to other hotels.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were very comfortable for myself, my husband, and children, ensuring we all had our space without getting in each other's nerves. The beds were comfy, and the staff, especially Kristen, was amazing. However, there was a downside as I was next to a loud talker that interfered with our sleep. On the bright side, the hotel had good lighting, free ice, a great breakfast, and good coffee. The only drawback was a horrible smell in one area of the hotel.

The hotel room had a couch, desk, chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee table, multiple places to open travel bags, and excellent breakfast items with free WiFi. However, it had a funky smell and faced the noisy lobby directly on the first floor, making it less peaceful. It would have been a better value if the cost per night was $35 less.
